Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- To request a return, email us at care@divoraorganics.com with your order number.
- Once approved, customer has to bear the shipment cost.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.
- Perishable or opened items (e.g. food, supplements, cosmetics) are non-refundable unless defective or damaged on arrival.
